In order to supply you with highest quality products at reasonable costs we ask for no returns after 30 days of purchase of unopened oils. All refunds (less shipping costs) of unopened oils are processed within 5-10 business days after your return shipment has been received.

Sale or Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of opened oils or damaged diffusers from regular wear and tear. For the benefit of all our customers, once the essential oil bottle has been opened we can’t accept it back.

Please note the density or thickness of the glass bottle may vary, therefore the visual levels of the oils may also slightly vary. Be assured that the appropriate amount of oil was poured.

If your oils are damaged in shipment and the shipping box is intact, please submit a photo of the inside and outside of the package, along with a copy of your order to customercare@behaleorganics.com and we will replace the damaged item(s) as quickly as possible.
